From the foreword by Ellsworth Raymond, Ph.D.:
Marx's dream was the complete economic equality of all mankind regardless of race, nationality or profession. To achieve such brotherhood, he hoped that a number of nations would almost simultaneously embrace socialism. These countries would form a Socialist League, which would become a common market by eliminating all tariff barriers among member states. Then each nation would specialize in what it produced best, and distribute these goods equally to all men, women and children in the League. Thus a League resident would receive more food, clothing, and comforts of life than could be obtained by equal distribution in one socialist country alone.
